What are the signs and symptoms of the disease?

The symptoms of Goodpasture syndrome include:

  • coughing, with or without blood
  • shortness of breath
  • fatigue
  • blood in urine
  • often no urine production at all
  • fever
  • upper respiratory infection, with cough and wheezing
