What are the signs and symptoms of the infection?

Symptoms of orthostatic hypotension occur when a person stands up. They may include:

  • headache
  • neck pain or shoulder pain
  • dimming, blurring, or loss of vision
  • dizziness
  • weakness
  • lightheadedness
  • confusion
  • falling down
  • fainting, also called syncope
