What are the signs and symptoms of the condition?

Symptoms of vasospastic angina are similar to those of typical angina:

  • chest pain
  • shortness of breath
  • rapid heartbeats called palpitations
  • These symptoms occur:

  • at rest
  • during sleep
  • with or without physical exertion
