Sunscreen Agents (Topical)
Side Effects of This ProductAlong with its needed effects, sunscreen products
may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may
occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.
Check with your doctor as soon as possible if any of the following side
effects occur:
Rare
Acne; burning, itching, or stinging
of skin; early appearance of redness or swelling
of skin; late appearance of rash with or without
weeping blisters that become crusted, especially in sun-exposed areas, and
may extend to unexposed areas of skin; pain in hairy
areas; pus in the hair follicles
Other side effects may occur
that usually do not need medical attention. These side effects may go away
during treatment as your body adjusts to the product. However, check with
your doctor if any of the following side effects continue or are bothersome:
