What are the signs and symptoms of the condition?

A person who has ophthalmoplegic migraine has specific symptoms involving the eyes. These symptoms may differ from person to person but most likely include the following:

double vision

droopy eyelid, known as ptosis

eye paralysis

other types of vision changes

severe headache pain
